Individual Therapy
What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy provides a supportive, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, or life transitions, therapy offers tools and strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
This format is ideal if you want:
Consistent support over time. Weekly or biweekly sessions provide steady progress at a pace that fits your life.
Personalized care. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether that’s reducing anxiety, processing trauma, or building healthier coping strategies.
A safe, nonjudgmental space. Therapy is your time to be heard, supported, and guided toward the changes you want to make.
Why Choose Individual Therapy?
Life can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to feel stuck in patterns of stress, fear, or self-doubt. Individual therapy gives you space to process what you’re experiencing, build resilience, and learn practical skills for moving forward.
With compassionate guidance and evidence-based approaches, I’ll work alongside you to:
Ease anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or OCD symptoms.
Heal from past trauma and find new ways to cope.
Strengthen self-esteem and self-compassion.
Navigate life transitions with clarity and confidence.

I offer therapy in English and Spanish, ensuring sessions are accessible, comfortable, and culturally responsive.
What to Expect
During sessions:
We’ll work collaboratively to identify your goals and create a plan that supports your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and practice strategies to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and strengthen relationships.
Between sessions:
You’ll have practical tools to apply in daily life, so you can start experiencing meaningful shifts outside of the therapy room.
Ongoing support:
Therapy is a process, not a quick fix. Over time, consistent sessions can help you create lasting changes and a greater sense of well-being.
