For out-of-pocket sessions, a 50-60 minute individual session is $230, a family session is $235, and $115 for a 30-minute individual session. If you are using insurance, your cost for sessions will vary based on your coverage.
-
If you have a PPO plan, you can choose your provider and may be able to get reimbursed for your sessions. I recommend checking with your insurance ahead of time to understand your coverage, but don’t worry — I’m here to support you. I can provide a superbill after each session, which makes it easier to submit for potential reimbursement. My goal is to make therapy as accessible and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on your healing without added worry.

You are billed via our insurance billing platform, Headway, after each session. Prior to your appointment, you’ll set up an account with them where you’ll complete two short consent forms and enter your payment information.
If you are using PPO insurance, I will bill via Ivy Pay after each session. At your intake appointment, you’ll receive a secure link to enter your payment information. After that, you won’t need to re-enter it for future sessions, and you’ll receive payment confirmations by text.

I request that you cancel or reschedule a session 48 hours in advance. If you don’t show for your appointment or late cancel (less than 48 hours), you will be responsible for the entire fee for session ($230). This policy is needed because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
-
Yes, however, I do request that if you plan on rescheduling, it be done within the same week. This means that if you choose to reschedule, your rescheduled appointment will take place the same week. If your appointment lands on a Friday, please try your best to reschedule as soon as you are able to.
-
I understand that life happens and I am more than willing to be flexible on a case by case basis. There is a one-time freebie that I provide in which your late cancelation/no-show fee is waived. If you choose to use your freebie; however, moving forward, the late cancelation/no-show fee does apply.

Our primary responsibility in therapy is to support the emotional well-being of the child. Involvement in legal disputes — such as writing letters, preparing reports, or providing testimony — can undermine the trust and safety of the therapeutic relationship. For this reason, legal participation is strongly discouraged.
If subpoenaed or otherwise legally required to engage in court-related matters, the following fee applies: $300 per hour for all time connected to legal involvement. This includes, but is not limited to:
Preparing records or reports
Consulting with attorneys
Preparing for testimony
Providing deposition or courtroom testimony
Travel time related to court appearances
Therapists providing therapy do not serve as custody evaluators and cannot make recommendations regarding custody, visitation, or parental rights. Those decisions fall outside the scope of clinical care. The therapeutic role is to support the child’s emotional and developmental needs.
-
The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 50-60 minutes for adults. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your sessions. Requests to change the 50-minute session needs to be discussed with your therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance. For children, sessions vary from 30-50 minutes based on age range and developmental factors.
If you are receiving services for an intensive therapy session please refer to the “therapy intensives” page.

ERP intensives can help children too! If your child is struggling with OCD or anxiety, we create a supportive, family-focused program that meets your child’s needs while guiding you as a parent to support progress at home.
